Attach the Wi-Fi antenna to the antenna port on the TV Box.
Connect the TV Box with the power adapter.
Connect the TV Box to your television or monitor with the HDMI cable (optional: connect an Ethernet cable for hardwired internet).
Go to Settings / Wi-Fi on the main screen, choose your network, and enter the password. Scroll to the check mark and press OK. Wait for "Connected Successfully," then press the Back button to return.
On the Home Screen, select each app showing a download arrow — HEAT LIVE, HEAT VOD, and VOD ULTRA — and press OK to download and initialize it. Complete this once for each app before opening it.
Press OK to open the channel list. Then slide/arrow left to see categories: Favorites, Local, Sports, and 24/7.
Add to Favorites: Find channel → hold OK until heart ♥ appears.
Watch past shows: Pick channel → press Right arrow ×3 → choose day & time. Up to 7-day playback.
TV Guide: Press the EPG button to open the channel guide. Browse channels, dates, times, and program schedules. Long-press the Left arrow to switch categories.
Choose Movies or TV Series.
Press the Microphone button once → say the title.
Select result → press Play.
No voice? Use the search bar and spell the title manually.
Choose Movies or TV Series.
Browse using the provider categories listed on the left.
Use Year, Genre, and Sort by at the top to narrow the results.
Use Search to find a title, Favorite to view saved titles, or History to return to recently watched titles.
Select a title and press OK.
The colored buttons and app shortcut buttons at the bottom won't do anything — you can ignore them.
Do not try to open or repair the TV Box yourself.
Check that the power adapter is connected to both the outlet and the TV Box.
Press the power button on the remote to turn the TV Box on.
A red light on the front of the TV Box means it has power.
Reconnect the HDMI cable.
Make sure your TV is set to the correct input source.
Use the HDMI cable provided if possible.
Adjust the volume on both the TV Box and your TV.
Make sure mute is not turned on.
Check that the TV or soundbar is connected correctly.
Replace the batteries in the remote.
Move closer to the TV Box.
Aim the remote directly at the sensor on the front of the TV Box.
For Wi-Fi, make sure you entered the correct password and that it says Connected.
For Ethernet, make sure the cable is connected securely between your router and the TV Box.
If voice control says “didn’t catch that” or “didn’t hear that,” check whether an external device or dongle is plugged into the USB2 port.
Move it to the USB1 port and try again.
Use Ethernet instead of Wi-Fi whenever possible.
Restart the TV Box and router by unplugging them for 30 seconds, then plugging them back in.
If using Wi-Fi, disconnect devices you are not using and run the Internet Speed Check app.
If buffering continues, clear the app cache: Home Screen → Settings → Apps → Select App → Clear Cache.
Updates: Ignore update/download pop-ups. If one persists, choose Download to clear it.
No need to power the box off — simply turn off your TV instead.
Frozen video? Press Menu → choose Server 2 or Server 5 → OK. It will resume from the same spot.
